  I was in the Arnold Hotshots this evening, the service was great but was caught my attention was the unprofessionalism of the management. The evening shift manager was lecturing the bartenders next to customers about not taking call ins from other staff. They were told they are not privy to to what is happening in the kitchen.
  
  From a customers perspective I could care less about staffing issues as long as excellent service is provided, which it was.
  
  Hotshots needs a management team that know how to communicate to their concerns to their team without the customer being in the middle.

  This place is garbage! Ordered food only to find a long ass hair in it not to mention they don't cap their booze so in our shot of tequila were
  Flys. The girls here are even worse then the food and the drinks. Yukkkkk

  Drink prices, especially at happy hour, aren't bad but service was wretched. There was barely anyone in there when we were and we had to beg for attention because the server was sitting at a table by the door on her phone and the bartender kept going over to talk to a guy at the corner of the bar.
  
  Yes, I appreciate looking at the girls in their cute abbreviated outfits, but that's no excuse for the poor attitude or fact that I had to flag someone down every time I needed something: drink order, then food order, then napkins (You really didn't think I'd need a napkin for wings?), then silverware, then another drink order...
  
  And the bartender made us feel as if I was putting her out every time I asked for something. Basic math, sweetheart. You ~want~ me to get a 2nd drink. It increases my bill which, in turn, increases your tip since it's a percentage game.
  
  Nothing bad/good with the food - general bar appetizers, burgers & sandwiches, and pizza - but the frustration with the service with what should've been a walk-in-the-park lunch means I'll never revisit.

  Lunch specials everyday.  Today I had the wings & salad special. .
  
  6 Trashed Wings and salad $7.99.  Wings were delicious and the salad was good.
  
  Kirsten was the waitress and was very attentive to keeping the drinks filled and the table cleaned.
  
  Most definitely a return visit in the future.
  
  A definite plus is the restaurant does not smell like an ashtray.  One would not even know smoking is permitted.

  Not bad, waitress was nice, food was good, & decently priced. Had the spicy breaded chicken sandwich & fries! Can't remember if they had Dr. Pepper or not because they had long hammer IPA on draft!
  
  There were a few dirty tables that would of been nice to sit at, but we had to settle with a small table on the outside edge which wasn't very convenient for three people.
